Applied Automation Technologies (AAT3D) has released its most comprehensive CAPPS 2026 Metrology Suite update, focusing on productivity, usability and advanced functionality.
The new release introduces major enhancements to NC-Fit and NC-Laser modules, expanded nominal pattern support, streamlined reporting tools, and upgraded tree-view programming workflows. CAPPS 2026 also improves CAD handling, portable arm scanning and feature measurement options while boosting CAD import speeds.
Critically, the suite’s geometric fitting algorithms are now NIST certified, reinforcing accuracy and industry trust.
