Hayley Group’s Rail Division, headquartered in Manchester, has upgraded its quality control capabilities with the acquisition of a Starrett HB400 measurement system, complete with Synergy software, supplied by Optimax Imaging and Inspection.

This investment enables precise inspection of all incoming goods, including soft and flexible rubber components. By improving measurement accuracy and repeatability, the system supports Hayley Group Rail’s commitment to delivering consistently high standards across its rail, robotic and battery market sectors.
