Hexagon launches HYPERSCAN for high-performance industrial 3D scanning

Hexagon has launched HYPERSCAN, a next-generation 3D scanning solution designed for industrial operators working with complex parts and large assemblies. Combining speed, flexibility and ergonomic design, the system delivers high-resolution data instantly, with no reference targets required.

The ‘Hole Flash Capture’ function automatically detects and highlights holes, reducing manual input and cutting inspection times.

Certified to VDI/VDE 2634-3 and validated by an ISO 17025 laboratory, HYPERSCAN can scan parts up to 7 m in size, capturing fine edges, large surfaces and intricate details in a single workflow.

Wi-Fi enabled and automation-ready, it integrates with leading metrology software and robotic inspection systems, providing manufacturers with a versatile tool for precision, efficiency and online quality control.
