Starrett-Bytewise unveils Profile360 blue laser measurement system

Starrett-Bytewise, a division of The LS Starrett Co, has introduced the Profile360 Blue, the fifth-generation real-time in-line laser measurement system for continuous 2D profile inspection.

The new system features a compact, cost-effective design with integrated processing, eliminating the need for a separate PC. A single wavelength sensor model simplifies maintenance and reduces spare part costs.

With expanded field-of-view options of 60, 120 and 180 mm, Profile360 Blue enhances versatility for monitoring complex profiles in rubber, plastic, metal, ceramics and composite materials, ensuring higher quality control and minimising production defects.
