Faster and more flexible inspection

Spreitzer has expanded its Alumess range with Alumess.easyloc, a modular fixturing and palletising system for co-ordinate measuring machines, optical measuring systems and measuring projectors.

The system is designed to make workpiece fixation in quality assurance faster, easier and more flexible. Instead of building dedicated fixtures for every measuring task, users can work with modular docking rails, quick-swap pallets and a wide range of clamping, supporting and positioning elements.

A key feature of ALUMESS.easyloc is the magnetically interlocking pallet concept. Fixtures can be prepared outside the measuring machine and exchanged quickly when the next component requires inspecting.
